How to prepare our herbal infusion?
Hervir / Boil
Lleve agua fresca y pura a ebullición (100º C).
Bring fresh, pure water to a boil.
Preparar / Brew
Coloque la bolsa filtro en la taza y llene de agua hirviendo.
Place the filter bag in the bowl and fill with boiling water.
Reposar / Rest
Espere entre 5 y 7 minutos antes de retirar el filtro.
Wait 5 to 7 minutes before removing the filter.
Disfrutar / Enjor
Endulce a su gusto y disfrute.
Sweeten if desired and enjoy.
